has anyone used this company? I asked them to process my claim a year ago. Their site tells me my claim is awaiting the courts judgement but this has been the same message for the past 9 months. I emailed them 3 times in the past 2 weeks to enquire about progress but no one has even replied? Are they for real?

If they aren't replying, there's not too much you, or anyone else, can do. If you try to "sack" them, you may well find they still take their fee from any compensation you ultimately receive.
A hard lesson but you need to choose your professional advisers carefully. I'd have a word with the person who recommended them to you in the first place.
They are based in Potsdam, Germany, apparently.0 -
well I emailed this company from a different email address asking if the would try and claim back money for me using a made up delay. They replied to me within 30 minuite asking for more details. Funny how they have never replied to any of my emails asking for progress reports. So it does appear that they are a total scam company who more than likely just keep any payout from the airlines.0

I used the Refund.me site after a six hour delay from Chania, Crete to Manchester (Small Planet Airlines) in September 2013. One tweet I made made for a VERY fast response from them, encouraging me to claim. Now it's 314 days later and no progress. my sign in page on their website updates about once a week stating "still awaiting court judgement".
I've messaged them asking for more details of my claim, and they merely reply "when we hear something, we'll contact you". Though, last week they mistakenly sent me an internal email back from my query (in German) that translated to "we don't have to answer these questions".
I wish I'd not used them, they're useless!0 -

See if you can switch as there are recommended (on this forum) firms people have used however anybody getting anything out of Small Planet will prove difficult so you may wish to use the free calculator pages one of the NWNF firms advertise first before 'jumping ship'.0
