Again the foreign part is relevant because it IS the reason for their actions
Unless you are saying "All Brits are solitary, whilst all foreigners flock together noisily and let their dogs sh*t in the garden - it's just what they do...", then - no - it is NOT relevant, and leaving it in there will ONLY result in your perfectly legitimate complaint being taken LESS seriously.0 -
