Not necessarily the case. It might be that you currently use a different brand of the same thing and winning will make you switch. And who's to say it'll be pricier anyway, may even be cheaper!

    Dr Karg biscuit/crackers.

Expensive but I gave them to my mum and she eats them now all the time! :)

It's nice to be opened to other things you wouldn't usually see/eat/do and then you can enjoy them again if you liked them :)

I have won a few times with Biscuiteers. Wouldn't pay to treat myself, but would definitely consider it for a present. Absolutely gorgeous - to eat, and the packaging!

I was lucky enough to win some Samsung stuff before and if and when the TV (or whatever) does need replacing, I'd definitely consider another Samsung.

Have also been introduced to some authors' books and would buy their others as have enjoyed.

Winning a tablet - not that that's likely to be a repeat buy any time soon.
I was going to sell it because I have a laptop and smart phone and didn't see the point. For various reasons that didn't happen so I started using it. Now I'd be lost without it and if it died I would replace it, although probably with a cheaper one.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Just started comping so haven't won much to consider, but will probably buy Aldi's BB cream again. Also I haven't won anything but I'm thinking of subscribing to wantable after discovering it through entering a comp and there's a few movies which I've watched which I would have never thought to watch before because of comping promotions I've seen.

Recently I won one of those Mediflow pillows that you add water to and at first I thought 'mmmm strange to put water inside a pillow?' but seriously it is the most comfortable pillow I have EVER laid my nog on and I would never go back to a normal pillow! It is one of those prizes you think - 'yeah, glad I won that as I would never have considered going out to buy one otherwise!' pillow.gif
