Blocked from access onto MSE on IPAD

Does anyone know why I would get a message now that I have been blocked from the MSE site when accessing on my IPAD? It comes up with a message to contact customer support with an event ID. When I send this email I get an automated email saying individual emails will not be replied to.
I know I haven't broken any forum rules as I just read rather than login normally!
Any ideas how I can get back on or do I just have to browse using a different computer now as I am at the moment!!

Are you accessing the forum through the same connection that works OK with other computers?
Is it happening all the time on the iPad?
Tend to get that error if the connection is going via some proxies, or something else is out of the normal that triggers that application firewall error.
Hopefully the techie team can sort it, but most important thing is to send the requested error reports. They may not get a reply, but they should be taken note of and hopefully acted on.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Yes, it's the application firewall. Been using it for years and not had this happen before.
I am using different connections so I will try connecting through the same one when I'm home and see if it locks my work computer too. Thanks for your help.0 -
Hi broke101
Is it blocking access to both the main site AND the Forum or one or the other?
Can you let us know what message you're getting?
ThanksCould you do with a Money Makeover?

I don't know if it's related but i got a weird message on my iPhone this morning when trying to access a forum thread from a link in an article. Then i found it's the same through a computer, but other forum threads are fine.vikpaw, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.:exclamatiSpeed is irrelevant; if you are going in the wrong direction:exclamati0 -

No, that's not the same problem.
That happens sometimes with discussion threads for main site articles, where the article has gone live on the main site before the discussion thread has been moved to the public boards. So until the team move the thread to where it;s supposed to go, you will get that error.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
