Since my email I have now received an email from Customer Services:

I have now received a cheque back with me in the office and will be sending this directly to the car parking company tomorrow for you to pay this charge on your behalf. They shall send out confirmation to you of this payment once it has been processed.

Do I still need to send a defence and to who?

So, Co-op are still paying the blackmailers, out of MY money.

Time for someone to raise this at the AGM and for everyone who ges a ticket to complain to their local Trading Standards Department their MP.

It would be helpful if people on here tried to discourage people from appealing to Popla, . but instead to get them in front of a judge. Unless they can prove that the appellant was the driver they are !!!!ed.

Do I submit my short defence on the N9B Defence and Counterclaim form and then email it to: mcol@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

or do I just email my defence letter?
