that looks like an auto-reply, not a "bounce back"0

That's an auto reply which suggests you haven't emailed people by name? As per the other threads, you won't get this cancelled by a generic 'Customer service team'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have emailed to Euan Sutherland and Richard Pennycook as I think from reading the news Euan has quit. The address I used was richard.pennycook@co-operative.coop0

Email was sent and received and I have got an email asking for my details again and saying they are sorry and will try to help. I have responded with the necessary details but now getting worried as time is running out.
This was the email back from Customer Services:
Thank you for your reply. We are currently looking into this case for you to see if we can offer any intervention. Though I am not legally trained, it may be a good idea to acknowledge the court papers if you have not already done so.
Thank you for your continued patience in this matter.
Yours sincerely

Obviously whilst complaining you still have to acknowledge the claim asap, and submit a short defence! You would lose by default if you don't.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
