I've recently changed over our 02 pay as you go phones to online tarrifs from 02.

Everytime you top up, the next month you get free texts or any network/ anytime minutes.

There is:

1) Text Anytime:
Top-up £10-£14 and get 300 texts each month
Top-up £15-£29 and get 500 free texts each month
Top-up £30+ and get 1000 free texts each month

2) Talk Anytime
Top-up £10-£14 and get 50 free anytime mins each month
Top-up £15-£29 and get 100 free anytime mins each month
Top-up £30+ and get 150 free anytime mins each month



3) Talk Off Peak
Top-up £10-£14 and get 50 free anytime mins each month
Top-up £15-£29 and get 100 free anytime mins each month
Top-up £30+ and get 150 free anytime mins each month


And it doesnt matter if you use all the minutes or texts up because the tarrif is the same as normal PAYG phones- so basically you get free minutes or texts for topping up

If your on 02 already dial 4445 and its option 5 (all other enquires) and if your not on 02 you can order the sim card for free!!!

You can also use this with the 02 rewards things so you can also get 10% back on your top ups every three months,

and 02 treats where by topping up £10 conseculatively for three months you can also get free texts and minutes

So you can save save save!

If you want the free texts, its better to go with Orange and the free text trigger tariff, as they offer a similar deal, 300 texts for £10, 600 for £20 and 1000 for £30 , but their x-net minutes are only 15p compared to o2's 35p a min.

I have the same tariff on o2 pay as you go but I changed my allowance from free texts to the favourite place tariff.

You get 500 minutes to call landlines and other o2 phones as long as you stay within your postcode area - it's great especially as I don't send alot of texts.

I can keep in touch with everyone now for only £10 a month and talk for hours.
