Moving TV to anywhere in the room . . . .

Hi we're looking to buy a new TV but we would also like to move the telly to a different place in the room. It is currently stuck where it is cause thats where the aerial comes out of the wall. Are new tellys capable of being wireless? Not sure what it is I'm looking for. Grateful for any assistance.

If you've got a recent smartphone or tablet it may well have miracast or wi-fi direct or some other means of mirroring what's on screen to a similarly equipped tv.
Then it's a simple of matter of installing one of the tv apps like catchup tv or filmon and use your device to control what's on the tv.
