Popped in today, they refused to acknowledge my complaint. They claimed the price has changed in those 7 days despite the fact the 2 for one offer is still on. I've sent them a Tweet complaining and we'll see how far I get.
She also suggested that after 7 days you have no right of return. Interesting.0 -
After a number of Tweets, they are sending me a Moneycard of £8 which is how much I was overcharged. Interestingly, they seem to think the store was wrong to say what they said. Nice to see lying in Hanley Tesco.0
