Suite hotels like Embassy suites, Homewood suites or Residence Inns may suit your needs nicely. All come with a living room and kitchen as well as a bedroom and price wise and availability wise may work out better as you'll have the space you need without the problem of villa prices or having to book a villa for a full week as often the nicest ones are hard to get for less than a week.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

My sister brings the baby monitor with her (kids are older than that now) and we try to get adjoining or nearby rooms. Kids go to bed in peace and with no distractions, sister comes in with me for the rest of the evening and can hear through the monitor if there's any shenanigans going on. The hotel staff have always been very good about helping us get rooms close together when she explains the situation. When they can't, well, it's only one night.0
