Maybe he's too darn sexy for us now
We have had as much grass growth in the last week as we had in the month before that.
I should cut the grass really. I might tomorrow.0 -

He probably is!
I cut the grass on Saturday. I attacked a(nother) Buddleja yesterday. This one has been majorly overhanging next-door for goodness know's how long (if I wasn't slightly embarrassed, I'd post a pic from the EA's photos of next door).
As of the next bin-load it shouldn't be
I was about to post that if vacuuming doesn't agree with you, should you be grass mowing? But you mow from a seated position don't you? :cool:0 -

I was more meaning to point out my small(-garden) mindedness!0 -
Heehe, I don't really I NEEED notability lawn mower for tha actual garden though.
Really annoying not to be able to do front for the gardener's stuff. He should be here tomorrow. ( only worked one day last week. ) I was hoping I'd have a new herb garden to show off soon, seems very unlikely.0 -

I've been looking at mine for the last week and thinking that. I figure, as it was dry/sparse when I arrived, I can legitimately call it "giving it a good chance to grow before I cut it". I also need to be in the mood to immediately take the grass to the tip, so it's not straight forward.... can't just "cut it" as you then have to think what you're going to do with the cuttings.... and if they don't go to the tip immediately they've the opportunity to get overlooked/forgotten ... and to rot, smell, etc.
My garden is so small it takes longer to unlock the shed, get the mower out, put it away, relock the shed ... than to mow the actual grass.0 -

If you think he's slow, don't get a conservatory from the bloke that's building the one next door to here..... today it looks like he's put three panes of glass in ....0 -

It takes much longer for me to lug the mower to the front of the house, and get it plugged in than the minute or so it takes to mow the... I would call it grass but it's much more like clover + weeds.
I still have some lavender plants aliveso I'm hoping that can be a project for next spring. I'm still quite seriously thinking about taking out the 'grass' at the front and making it a e.g. camomile lawn.
3 weeks or so on... and I've made it to the next page in my document. I'm flying tonight :rotfl:0 -

Good girl.
I have an amazing low growing flowering chamomile ( not traditional lawn chamomile , with the most amazing smell of almost candied summer.
I am almost in clined to use that instead of lawn chamomile. I 'm going to see how it copes this winter, if this winter is more testing, if it is and it copes, I'm doing it.0 -
