If he were to find out it could cause repurcussions for your relationship with him, why not come clean now.

Steady on! The police. I don't think so.

You don't think that someone else would report them for fraud? How can you possibly know what a poster would do?

If I found out that someone had done this with me I'd ask that they arrange to pay back everything straight away, and if they were unable would then report them to the police for fraud.

Actually, I'd report them even if get did pay everything back. I'd also have no time for people who'd counsel covering up a crime like this.

OP, , I've forwarded a link to this to the relevant authorities, who'll be able to get your IP address to take things further.

Fortunately your story is all made up, in a poor example of trolling, so I doubt that much will happen.

    :A

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Which "authorities"? Don't tell me you've forwarded it to plod! Troll or not, I'm sure they'll ignore it.

Advice to all posters: with the likes of BillJones around, just to be on the safe side I'd use VPN connection, TOR router or something else that hides your ip address. You can't be too careful.

MSE could be hosted in the USSR, good luck with the searches and requests for IP address and info, etc :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yes, it's terrible having honest people around when you want to he away with fraud, isn't it?

Don't you ever wonder, Ginger, if things might have turned out better for you had you made an early decision towards being the sort of person who disliked crimes like this?

I suspect it may have, but of course, we'll never know now. It really does seem to be the case that money problems accrue far more readily to those like you, with success coming to the honest.
