Devere threatening legal action if motorists challenge validity of contract

About time our local paper (Bournemouth Daily Echo) got their teeth into this lot.
Devere do seem to be up there with the nastiest PPCs plying their, er, trade at the moment.
I used to think the Echo ought to get involved, I could spoon feed them a great story, but over time I realised that there are too many vested interests in the area ( just Bournemouth and Poole ) to let it happen and to make matters worse, the Echo is probably part of that vested interest. Also the Echo doesn't do investigative journalism.
This is one of the reasons he/Devere gets away with it year after year and that is why the Echo wouldn't run a story about a company with hundreds of irate local punters when it has been going on under their noses all the time. Not only under their noses but in relation to Castlepoint 'parking' stories, with their collusion as well.0 -
Isn't it De Vere who also appear to have the local judiciary in their pockets, with punters advised to avoid local courts? I suspect the south coast is a hotbed of freemasonry.0
