I recently changed landline companies to orange home and there was an incentive to get £100 cashback with this website, does anyone know how I can chase this? It was about six weeks ago I think. Thanks

Orange home broadband & calls doesn't exist anymore, it's now EE.
You said you changed about 6 weeks ago, so that's likely why you haven't got cashback yet. These cashback deals often take about 3 months to come through. This is to make sure you don't grab the cashback then cancel to make a quick profit.
I've never got cashback through MSE so not sure of the details.
The same goes for your other post about Ovo too, by the way0 -
I cba to look up the Ovo query but can confirm that that payment does eventually get paid directly into your bank account as I recently received mine.0
