Green Deal boiler replacement quote

Have you had your Green Deal assessment or Energy Performance Certificate done? I have been told today by Energy Saving Advice that you can only have the Flue gas recovery unit if it is specifically mentioned on the assessments and it wont be recommended alongside a new boiler. This is in direct contradiction of what the installers say. I have spent days trying to work all of this out and still no clearer whether we qualify or not as everyone is saying different! I would get another Green Deal accredited quote as this does seem excessive and what on earth is the technical support????0

It must be recommended on a GDAR or EPC.
