Hi guys
My other half has just been refunded some PPI money, and was discharged from his bankruptcy order last year.
It states in his letter that if he is subject to bankruptcy the money will be taken off any outstanding amounts that he owes the bank.
My question is as he has been discharged over a year now, will this apply to him still?
Many thanks for any help!!

Thanks for that. So will he have to get in contact with the Official Receiver himself or will Natwest just not issue the cheques after the agreement has been signed?0

If Natwest do issue the cheques to him, he should get in touch with the OR.

It's unlikely the Bank will send the redress to your partner (especially as they appear to know he was bankrupt-going by their letter), but even if they do you would be best advised not to succumb to any temptation to spend it.0
