Constructive dismissal comes under the same category as I was forced to leave my work. This was enough to go to a tribunal. Just as a person would do if they were unfairly dismissed. Policy was miss sold on the basis that I had no choice but to have this alongside my loan. Because I claimed income support instead of job seekers allowance they rejected my claim? No mention of why or how I left my job. So I don't think any of that has anything to do with it as it would have stated thAt on the letter that rejected my claim. The debt would have been cleared if the banks had tried to help without adding extra interest to my loan. Or came to an agreement of helping to reduce payments etc. if the PPI had helped to cover my loan until I found a job then I wouldn't have been in debt to the bank. That was only one loan anyway the were two previous loans paid up prior to that. Also one loan was paid early and my PPI was not reduced as it should have. The ombudsman does look at each case different I they also look at what my payment would have been if no ppi was in place. I may have been able to keep up with the repayments if the ppi was not attached to the loan.

Yes I can remember every conversation because I only ever had 2 loans in my life

I also sent away for my SAR and it showed that I did have a PPI with my 2 loans as well as a 3rd loan that I forgot about.

    Slight contradiction there

Slight contradiction I did only think I ever had two loans. However the first loan was only for £300 and it was paid within 6mts. So very easy to forget. The two loans that I remember were a lot more. It's irrelevant anyway? Why when making a comment does people feel it is total necessary to pull flaws in our request for help? I only do still have a memory of two loans and I do remember the conversations because I recall what the money was for, this was confirmed when I received my information from the SAR team. So why does people feel the need to question this? Haven't we all been the victims of banks greed throughout the years? Charges etc. I keep here for a bit of guidance and help only to feel patronised by other people. Funnily enough they are decent people on this forum who have been very helpful. And I have also looked at others in similar situations who have had a statue barred case and won their case and not had nay balance offset on outstanding payment. I am well aware I may not be that lucky but nothing to loose if I do try.

Just an update. Ombusman has had my case for some time. Received a letter from them to inform me that Lloyds have upheld my complaint and awaiting on them making their calculation. What I have learned over the period that each case differs.
