Jayohee did you use the website or the phone number?

I did not receive an email but instead a postcard in the mail with the settlement details and the link to TourBusSettlement.com. I tried it yesterday and today.
I live in Denmark and wonder if I can get a refund.. I also Wonder if the website only works for IP adresses from the US?

I tried both links to th site, but neither of them worked. I think they don´t want to receive any claims. The amount that will not be payed goes to the Ministery of Justice,

I also made a call, 14 days ago. They promised to send a claimform, but nothing arrived.

    many thanks

  • After months of trying and a reminder e-mail yesterday, worked first click today. The only difference was I saved the page as a favourite rather than click the link in the e-mail.
Completed online and no financial questions asked. Norton did not pick up a problem either. :T

Me too. Many previous attempts and worked first time today, just logged in from e-mail link.
No problems with completing, very simple.
  • Me too finally worked at the weekend. Submitted the form, now wait and see.
  • Received my settlement today. $31. Taken quite a while, but got there in the end!

    14 months aint bad! :P
  • I claimed as part of this settlement too, received my $31 in October 2015 and today received an IRS form 1042-S showing a statement of my "gross income" ($40) and "federal tax withheld" ($9). Reading the info on the back it looks like it's for information only because it was taxed at source, but I wasn't sure at first as it refers to filing a tax return - has anyone else had one and do you think anything needs doing with it??
