Agreed, One won't be using any of these.

They came into my possession in lieu of a debt, I'll contact Tesco with the codes so they can re-issue new ones to the original owners if need be.

    Cheers for the advice.

I assume you were not aware of the huge Clubcard fraud when you accepted them from him?

I must say it's refreshing for someone to actually take notice of advice given and to do the right thing.

Hope you get the debt back eventually, in cash!

I wasn't aware what so ever... I figured it may be against their T&C / ToS and could end up with some civil action.

I wouldn't hold my breath for the debt repaying to be honest... I was lucky to get what I did ha.

Do you really think there is a Tesco Clubcard Act?

I believe in the Tesco Clubcard Act, the punishment guidelines are Every Little Helps

Section 6 of the fraud act would be applicable here if I remember the act correctly

Those were physical vouchers stolen by a Royal Mail employee, not ones stolen from hacked online accounts which are far more likely to be an inside job.

I know Tesco pays your wages, and you can't possibly imagine that they are in any way to blame, but people who have followed all instructions, changed their email addresses and have the new complex password are STILL having their accounts hacked. Buy hey, if you say it's not an inside job.............
