This is MSE, consumer rights, not consumer wants, not consumer cons and not a place to be giving out made up advice with no legal backup. Nothing to lose? You have, you have lost all credibility.
The emphasis was on the word "threaten" which does not otherwise state that I advised customer to ACTUALLY contact TS, nor did I suggest that this was a legal (or otherwise) route to take.
I've explained my points and you haven't acknowledged any of them, which makes you lose more credibility. If I am wrong then I appreciate all feedback and would encourage you to be more constructive in future so I can make more accurate contributions.0 -

Which resulted in the item being sent back to the seller actually! fixed and returned for the princely sum of 2x 1st class stamps. No big deal in the end but ebay customer service are useless lol. Good to get items which are not fit for purpose fixed, even if you pay returns postage

Earlier this year, i bought a top from NL and washed it. There was a hole about two inches above the hem. It must have got caught on a button on another top in the wash. They gave me a gift voucher as top was still on sale, but did not have my size in.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
