RE: No response from MSE Website - Please Help!

Hi

I have been chasing where the M&S voucher is from the direct line pet insurance incentive, since 5th of June, but keep getting generic emails, promising a response in 10 working days, which passed on 23rd. Please can someone advise, as want to cancel policy if I won't receive the voucher, as can get a better deal elsewhere. The query references are 144113 & 149864.

Hi, same problem. Have been chasing since13/05. All you get from MSE is we will contact you in 5 or 10 working days. My reference numbers are 142137, 142299, 144305 and 150692. Even if this gets resolved, I will never use MSE again.

Do you mean M&S ?

I'm sure MSE will give you a refund of all the costs you've paid them to use this free website lol

This was an MSE offer, I've just found an old link to it. Hopefully someone from the team will see this thread and explain the reason for the delay.
