And I knew that was coming hence it's not actually costco, another big online retailer though, maybe you could email them all and ask if mr.blankittyblank who ordered a tv maybe got more than one, where does he live. Oh I don't know that but maybe you could go through your whole system and see cos I'm a bit mad at someone getting a free tv.

I will update the thread tomorrow, as I have just had my delivery confirmed by phone call. So looks like it's definitely being delivered, the re turned. Free tv.

PS : A lot of other people on this forum, myself included, have the moral conscience that we would advise the retailer of their mistake and arrange for pickup (at our convenience of course). So you would be in the minority of thieves who would appear to have no moral compass at all

PPS : No need for the columbo bit, the ip address associated with your post would be enough to narrow it down

Really thanks for letting me know mse give out ip addresses, I'm sure that's against data protection laws but maybe your detective handbook knows better.

Quick update. Tv arrived this morning! :rotfl:

Can't believe my luck! Also they won't be redebiting any card, I took the precaution of cancelling that one
