Aol mail help

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me I have somehow or other managed to change the settings on my email and the message part that contains all the info where I can change text fonts bold italic etc etc and have not been successful in restoring it
What I do have is send forward spell check etc
Incidentally when I am trying to post this thread all that is on the email page is showing here I have never been aware of this before
Can anyone advise me I would be most grateful as I have spent hours this evening trying to resolve it
I would be very grateful for any advice

Sorry for not getting back sooner I had locked myself out of my account forgotten my password
I have resolved my problem by doing a restore I knew I had done something but not what I had done and after spending hours trying to reset it the restore worked
