    Tenth Anniversary
    Afternoon peeps. :)

Just got back from T's. Been looking for scissors, found them but had 2 different BC's neither the same as the ops on the dark side. 1 scanned at £2 the other at £3.50.

Thought I'd have a scout about. Kitkats are £1 for 4 with 4 free again.
Also found a webcam, Technika TWHD211 BC 4510 reduced to £5 but scanning at £28:eek:

    £46 DTD :D

Yes but how much it could have been had they not bought the Sures and Oral B with them:mad: and if the Pomegranate had compared. I always think of how much they've lost me and, when they've reduced it down to a lower amount, even if I claim the amount, I'm still unhappy about it not being what it should have been!:rotfl:
:rotfl:Haha, got to admit I did think the same myself when I did the comparison: "Why oh why did you buy the Sures? Lost me money!" :rotfl:

Some people are so inconsiderate! :rotfl:

I've had that one a number of times, but never been able to take it up. Besides having way too much laundry/cleaning stuff anyway (due to APG), it always ends up as spending more, even after the BM that commits you to putting the money into goods from them later, than if you'd paid 7p a litre extra on the petrol in the first place. These fuel things - often don't seem to be moneysaving to me. (They are, of course, very popular and therefore very lucrative/profitable to the supermarkets I suspect. Almost undoubtedly a reason why we should be avoiding these sorts of promotions. If it's a very popular offer, it's undoubtedly going to be leading to them making money (which is their job of course:rotfl:) somewhere which is thus the precise opposite of us saving the same money - and this leads (or would lead) nicely into what I'm proposing to say about loss leaders for example later...)

Be unseasonal, be the minority, do not follow the crowd, shop the complete contrary to most people, behave total opposite way to what the consumer psychology market research says... those are the ways to save money!

Always the voice of reason - yes I've got more than enough laundry stuff and cleaners - enough for our own needs and to keep offspring supplied as well possibly forever supplemented with the odd bit of glitch shopping a few times a year.
And anyway I have 4p fuel save for !!!!!! which has not cost me anything extra, just the normal mailing MOC/points/ TPP shops

And anyway I am trying to keep my sainsbobs shops down to the minimum - just enough to get to the £20 weekly spend so I def don't want to spend in the petrol station.

I've got Sainsburys pet insurance due for renewal so once the car insurance is sorted I will be sorting out a new pet insurer as well.
