had to drag 20 year old son to doctors today as he has a pain at the bottom of his ribs for a while, turns out he has a broken rib he cant remember when he did it, but kayaking , horse training, rugby, mountaineering he does a lot of rough stuff so take your pick, so he is supposed to take it easy for a while not sure how i can get him to do that he said he will be fine once he takes a pain killer..
Oh poor thing. It's so painful! It hope it heals soon0 -

Lovely day here after the downpour we had last night.....
I'm in the process of finding an online bank account just for shopping and the various cash back apps to be paid into... I'm finding it difficult to keep track..I don't want to keep much in it as I'm hoping that the same amount can be recycled:)
Just wondered if anyone has any recommendations??

I am thinking that First Direct might be the answer - its all online, they can send you a weekly update to your phone so you know exactly where you are and very easy to talk to on the phone.
I have a standing order set up from the joint current account which pays in a thousand into FD but the same day I go online and shuffle most of it back again to the current account - I am very organised about this - its on the Google calendar with reminders.
Because of the 1k I get the online savings account into which I can pay up to £300 a month - this is a useful amount for saving towards Christmas or the summer hols etc.
My account is just in my name as I am under the tax treshhold and all of my cashbacks go into it, any books I manage to sell on Amazon, Quidco, surveys, try me frees, any bits of extra money as its linked to my paypal so in theory its also ebay money- so they don't get swallowed up in the joint current.
Also if I take out one of these mag subs 3 for £3 I can quite easily cancel them as and when“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

No talking in this house as I'm not allowed to have an opinion
Oh dearI find that getting more opinionated makes you feel better when you're not allowed to have an opinion
