Good Morning
Got phone call from cook would I go in work earlier number 2 person OH bro's diedso she wouldn't be in.
I am going in an hour earlier.
Tomorrow no kids in teachers are on strike. So kitchen staff have to go in cleaning or lose a days pay  I will have hour knocked off tomorrows work
Strike here too tomorrow. DS2 isn't affected but DD has to stay off school. Ive got to wonder what impact a strike has this close to the summer holidays? Other than being an annoyance for parents who work, possibly?
Work has pretty much wound down for this year, so there's no real impact on the kids. Badly thought out if you ask me.0 -
I've got a print off MOC for 50p John West Tuna 120g valid until August - sadly I messed up my 2nd one by printing the wrong side of the sheet - when will I ever learn?
MYs says its £1 in !!!!!! and that Sada don't stock it - I think this is another mys lie and its another trap to mess up my TPP lists.
I had a look at asda.com but I wasnt sure if it was the right version.
Please can anyone confirm or deny?
Otherwise it will have to go onto the Muggle list with the Del Monte that sada apparently also don't sell“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Poppy not been herself last couple days I have been worried she not eaten proper since Sunday
.
This morning she seems better wont know til later when I am home from work.
Difficult to explain what's been wrong with her you would think I had been on the pop
I better log off and sort myself and Poppy out before I have to go for the bus.
You know her best and you will be able to tell if she's off colour. Could she just be a bit listless with all the hot and muggy weather? I guess animals have off days just like us.
I hope she's better and back to normal by the time you get back from work :A0 -

:rotfl::rotfl:about you not taking anyone else's biscuit!
Actually this subject came up yesterday.
OH said he had been referred to as a "lad" twice recently - blokes in maybe their 70s or 80s and OH is 50s - I suppose to them he is still a young wipper snapper :rotfl:
But if I reffered to someone say in their 20s or 30s as a "young lady" that would be taken as a snide sarcastic comment :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Morning all
Hope Poppy picks up a bit today tweets. Our previous cat quite often used to get a few days like that in the warmer weather, she just seemed to get a bit out of sorts for a little while.0 -

I am attempting a third NSD today. Wish me luck.
Fingers crossed - I think that is the ultimate way of cutting your spending - keeping away from shops, online and real time ones. It makes you focus - use what you already have at home - by the time you do get to the shops the need for whatever it was has gone“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Not had chance to read back but I have heard a rumour that Morrisons are doing £5 voucher off meat tomorrow's Sun, sorry if already mentioned and don't shoot the messenger if not true
Please can I ask where the rumour came from?
They had one of these with the Scottish sun - didn't they have to buy a fiver of fruit and veg to get a fiver off meat, its somewhere on the discount codes newspaper treat going back about 2 weeks ago ...
Or I have imagined it“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
