Jeez I wish my store whoopsied split bags at a decent price. A 5 pack that used to be a 6 pack is yellow stickered at £1.25  :(

They'll probably never be seen again :D:rotfl::rotfl: He only agreed to this school trip because it was in school hours. School activities out of school hours are a total no go for him.
He separates his pants into school and non school, just in case anyone thinks it's me! :rotfl: I bought new boxers in the holidays last year for school, as you do. He examined them all and has stuck rigidly since then to the pants in those packs being 'school underpants' it very quaint, he won't call them boxers :D :rotfl:

Being the lazy, incompetent mare that I am :o......it's not uncommon for him to be shouting downstairs in a morning 'Mum, Ive got no school underpants, are there any in the basket? ' (there always is :o) that's followed by him telling me to shut my eyes and hand the underpants over the bannister  :D :rotfl:

This pants story just keeps on giving :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I get them from all over :p

Sainsbob reduced 12 french fries to 50p
Waities reduced 12 mixed walkers to £1 (i bought 4 bags and something like £3.20 multi came off )
And A's reduced 6 packs of prawn cocktail walkers (YUM!) to 50p just because they were short dated (but not so short that they won't get eaten first)
And of course seabrooks/cos keep me topped up

I blooming love crisps :o :rotfl:

Yes but what will you do with the cheese?
I know I sound like an old nag :o:o but I absolutely hate waste, very much. I'd rather leave something on the shelf than waste it, even if I lose out on a quid off my shopping.
Not having a go at anyone at all here but there's been a lot of complaints about wasted fruit and veg after the Morries coupons. In this weather fresh fruit and veg just doesn't last. It will go off in a day or 2, for soft fruits especially.

Ive actually been very surprised to read about the amount of people who would appear not to normally buy fresh fruit and veg. I like to save money as much as anyone but that's the one thing I won't skimp on, if we want or need it. I make enough savings on other stuff to justify as much fruit and veg and other fresh stuff as we need.

Again, not having a go. Just my different shopping habits :o
