Oh I had a very MSE dinner tonight. The half price sirloin from Ts with free cabbage and onion mash and minted vegetables from Morries. Watermelon for pud. 2 steak dinners for less than £5 :money:
Did anyone else buy that cabbage and onion mash? Oh my it tasted divine! Even OH, who's not a fan of prepared food, was impressed.

......oh I did feed the kids as well :o they just don't like steak

To some of us, this is colcannon (sp). So easy to make. Goes fantastically well with lamb. Kids don't realise all of the ingredients, some grown ups don't either. :D

Did you not think to click on the link in my quote DM which I have just this minute deleted. :rotfl:

Watching The Nations Favourite Motown Song on stv (itv for those south of the border :p ) I do love a bit of Motown :D

Everyone tucked up in bed here that should be, so I'm just settling down to watch it as well.
