The recipe I use is this one and it's vegan: http://www.theppk.com/2007/10/banana-bread/

Usually I swap the flour for Doves gluten free plain flour and I use mixed spice instead of all spice (tastes like a banana hot cross bun :)). Also you can swap the soy milk for butter milk and ditch the vinegar, then add about 100g of anything really - chocolate chips, walnuts etc. Hope that helps and hello :)

Thanks will convert to oz and give it a go. Really can't remember my receipe but it was very straight forward. Didnt use any spice I know that as not the sort of thing I used to have in cupboard. Have at the moment luckily.

You're not alone there! I'm not artistic in the slightest. DD is talking of doing something in that area when she goes to uni. She's been doing photography and some fashion design.....so we will see.

I don't know where my kids get their talents from? Its not genetic, I know that :D DS1 with his music and DD with her arty stuff.

I am taking every credit for my girls talents. ;) It has to be in the genes somewhere. :o I'm not letting Mr TS take all the credit. :rotfl:

I am still getting over how well DD2 did this year at uni. :D

DD1 is a bit like me she was good at maths and science at school but she is much better with English than I am. :o

Mr TS does have an arty streak so I guess DD3 gets it from him. ;)
