Keeping boiling and testing, it will eventually happen. I wouldn't add much more lemon juice though, it'll be lemon jam if you're not careful
P.s. Yes the lids go on when it's all still hot so that they contract and seal as it cools down. The popper thingy in the middle should eventually get sucked down flat so you can't pop it anymore.I'm frying 10 aubergines.

edit, I had no onboard credit given to me as I used clubcard deals to pay for 90% of the cruise. they don't give you any extras when you book like this.
Don't know if you can do this with all companies, but, I bought chips for the casino, with my on board credit, went back next day and cashed them in for real money
