*drools*. How long do you cook them for and what temperature? I could go for some of those with some finest burgers :D

I haven't got a dial on my oven so never know the temperature. :)

    Hot for about an hour:)

Morrisons staff were lovely this morning. Staff were handing out Suns and explaining to customers about the promotion.

Very impressed with their range and quality of stuff.

Here's the recipe I used before for MSK and anyone else that wants it :)

    To make 5 x 225g jars
    100ml olive oil
2kg onions (peeled and finely sliced)
    200g Demerara sugar
    150g redcurrent jelly
    300ml cider vinegar
    50ml balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Heat oil then cook onions on low for 30-40mins (onions should be collapsed and beginning to colour

Add sugar and redcurrant jelly, increase heat, cook ~30mins (mixture turns dark, nutty brown and most moisture driven off)

Take off heat to cool for a few minutes, then add the vinegars, cook rapidly for ~10mins (mixture becomes gooey and spoon drawn across bottom of pan leaves clear track for a couple of seconds)

Add salt and pepper, jar up, use within 12 months
    Final cigarette smoked 02/01/18

I came home from work just now to see a piece of paper hanging out of my letterbox.

There's always charity envelopes and bags and other random crap being left hanging out of my letterbox so didn't think too much of it.

This one was a letter from the police
