Thank you for all your supportive posts yesterday re the freezer. I am going to try to run down the remaining content now so I can defrost it. My life is so sad I am fantasizing about getting a frost free fridge freezer.

We have a argos clearance centre local here and they had some fab prices on appliances last week.
