Morning everyone.
TM - I have 30 already (or maybe 29 as think OH has eaten one)! Teacher leaving presents, different teachers Xmas presents, school raffle prizes, OAP Xmas hampers for the home next to the school, Xmas & birthday pressies for everyone. Probably should get a few for us as well but we are desperately trying to diet as we both need to loose a stone each. Maybe do a C&C later if still working today.0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
There was a woman who lived by it used to come out and point a double barrelled shotgun at kids who went in the quarry :eek::eek: Can you imagine that happening now? Someone pointing a gun at your kids?? :eek: She was called Fanny as well, just to make it even funnier:rotfl:
Good night shift with lots of childhood memories, I played peever and beds but not chapping the doors I just wasn't allowed.
DH has very different memories and loves a night at the pub with his pals. Once they have had a drink it sounds idyllic but they were all really poor. Not our kind of poor with the big telly etc Poor that they raided the edges of the farmers field for turnips or potatoes but mostly it was the old grandfather's allotment that kept them
fed
They have no pictures of the childhood, I have some as we not so poor0 -
Good morning , beautiful morning againNever pay more than you have too0

The night shift sounded fun:Tthere is something nice about reminicing especialy when others can relate to what you are saying;)we used to play knock down ginger and I was always the one that got caught:eek:because I could not run very fast .Also we used to go scrumping up the back alley until the local Bobby caught us;)and told our Dad and then got sent to bed with no tea.0

Fantastic news about your land Somehow I envisaged something smaller When do you get it?
I am sure you have said before about your OH being a farmer just now and that you work is that right? Maybe mixed up. If so sorry. Are you now going to work on the farm full time.
Enjoy and congratulations0 -

Overcast up north,but sun could come out later.
Very kindly have had some vouchers and codes given to me, so catching up on a couple of bargains that most of you will have had for some time, late to the party is not the word!
Hope everyone has a very good day today.The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -
Not sure when it will all go through hopefully, within the month. OH is a farmer on his family farm but he's not paid for it (he's trying to build it up to a profit) I don't think it will be enough for me to retire from work yet!! I would like to pay off my house and then this loan 1st and see were we are then.
