Not sure when it will all go through hopefully, within the month. OH is a farmer on his family farm but he's not paid for it (he's trying to build it up to a profit) I don't think it will be enough for me to retire from work yet!! I would like to pay off my house and then this loan 1st and see were we are then.
It's the 1st thing we have bought together. Looking for joint bank accounts now

Good luck It will be lots of hard work for you both but rewarding if that's what you want. So many little tips on here about keeping your goal alive.

    Good morning all

Hope you are all well Its cold here.

Spent yesterday clearing out rubbish from the garage/store and its already been dumped at the tip.

Another half hour this morning before I go to work, just a half day today as I need time off on Friday to babysit

    Enjoy whatever you do

FC does your DS2 "sniff" clothes to make sure they are ok. DD spent hours in a shop where potential buys were checked for smell and texture. Nothing was quite right:rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning everyone.

TM - I have 30 already (or maybe 29 as think OH has eaten one)! Teacher leaving presents, different teachers Xmas presents, school raffle prizes, OAP Xmas hampers for the home next to the school, Xmas & birthday pressies for everyone. Probably should get a few for us as well but we are desperately trying to diet as we both need to loose a stone each. Maybe do a C&C later if still working today.

You could build a swiss chalet with that many Elaine. But very MSE planning ahead. The dates on mine are June 15 so excellent for gift planning.
How many pieces can you get in your mouth btw?:rotfl:

    Morning one and all :)

Overcast up north, but sun could come out later.

Very kindly have had some vouchers and codes given to me, so catching up on a couple of bargains that most of you will have had for some time, late to the party is not the word!

Hope everyone has a very good day today.

Morning midwinter......someone was very kind to me too. I now have on order an unusual selection of knickers and socks:):rotfl:

    Yes...lovely memories. Thank you.

We called it knocky nine doors:)

And I remember French skipping and hopscotch with a shoe polish tin called a dabber.
I also remember turning milk into butter on warm days by shaking it in bottle. Trying to dig a hole big enough to reach Australia. Building a house out of fluff. Putting Rose petals in bottles and trying to sell it to people around the doors. Putting plays on. Lighting fires with a magnifying glass. Holding kerb sales outside our house.oh happy days:)

I'm now trying to think of the name we used to give marbles:think::think:
