    then 'ignore' my posts.
    other forum users accept that fact that i use bold, many without knowing the reason why.
    i'm not inclined to explain in a signiature as my sight problems are a small part of the person i am, and i dont want it to be my defining feature

    I have to say, from a personal point of view, that it makes absolutely no difference to my ability to read the forum at all. I take issue with some of the content of nanny's posts, but the bolding certainly isn't a problem.
