You need to show the offer was available on the 7 Jun 2014 not what the offer was 2 weeks later.

It doesn't give absolute proof that offer was available on the 7th but it at least give some weight to show that Argos was advertising this offer during this month. It would be strange, given that these kind of offers last full monthly periods, that if it was running on the 21st it would likely have been running on the 7th too.
