Argos Special Offer Warranty

Hi, I bought a Samsung fridge freezer from Argos a couple of weeks ago. One of the specific reasons I bought this from Argos was that it included a special offer of a 5 year warranty.

I rang Argos when the fridge arrived and they told me to ring Samsung to register the warranty. I rang Samsung today and they said this extended warranty ended at the end of May and to contact Argos.

Rang Argos today who said I had to prove that this extended warranty was on offer at the time I bought my fridge as they have checked back on their records and they say it wasn't on at the time I placed my order (7th June). I told them this was the reason I bought it from them, but they said I have to prove it by showing them a screenshot of the website on this date!

Any advice as to how to proceed from here??
