None of which are mental health problems.
I'm not sure whether you are a wind up or just plain ignorant. Either way the most you should be doing is referring claimants to someone that actually knows what they are doing.
Causes of dyslexia
Research has shown there are six possible genes that may contribute to dyslexia; however, there are thought to be many factors that cause the condition. Four of the genes have been shown to affect neuronal migration, which is part of the process in the brain's development that leads to specific areas of the brain having specialised functions.
This idea is also supported by research where brain scans have shown problems in the occipito-temporal cortex, which is an area towards the back of the brain.

Dyslexia is a brain-based learning disability not a mental health problem.. i know 3 people with dyslexia the most serious sufferer is an officer in the army, one works in a law office and the other in HR..all perfectly capable people.0 -

there are akready many organisations out there that do this already.subsidize*
This is why I say the government could subsidize law firms. It would help in getting more solicitors understanding benefits, if there isn't any money to be made not many solicitors are going to be inclined to help unfortunately.
as has been mentioned .... CAB,DIAL and welfare rights.
if someone has a significant impairment of any type, they can seek out the assisstance of social services ( or anyone can contact social services on someone elses behalf)
these people deal with benefits issues on a daily basis and dont charge!
legal representation is only becessary for very complex issues and 99.9% of cases are not that complex!0 -

Yawn... yet another poster who thinks because they know a few people with a condition every other person with it should be as high functioning... despite the fact that it varies....0 -

On the flip side, I know at least 2 people with it who would never manage those jobs because of how severe it is. I am lucky if I can read what they've written because of how poor their spelling is.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
