Just tried to cancel my sky contract online as I am moving house and I received this message:
It has been brought to our attention that some of our customers are being contacted by our Competitors and looking at websites such as Martin Lewis and are being told to tell us they are Moving Abroad/ In with Existing Subscriber/ to a property that cannot have Sky. This is to try and stop us from having great conversations with our customers and from looking at fantastic offers and options. If you are not Moving and have other reasons for leaving Sky today, I am really confident that I can look at a fantastic deal for you.
