if it is warped discs then i doubt very much that it would show up in the type of brake test they do during the MOT or on a visual check during service but it would show up on a road test if one was carried out
MOT'd and serviced 4 weeks ago and have driven about 300 miles since. The brakes have started over the past couple of outings to judder quite badly

but from that it appears that that the problem was not evident at the time that work was carried out

if it is badly worn pads and discs then they should have picked it up but if it is a disc that has warped after the service work was done then how would they be expected to pick that up

worn out suspension bushes should also have been picked up during the MOT

not sure why you are blaming the garage when you dont even know what the problem is yet
