(NO SUPRISE TO ME THIS)
RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — The Brazilian football confederation is trying to overturn captain Thiago Silva's ban for Tuesday's World Cup semifinal against Germany.
FIFA spokesman Delia Fischer on Sunday said the disciplinary committee is "analyzing material" submitted by Brazil. Thiago Silva impeded Colombia goalkeeper David Ospina's attempt to kick the ball downfield during Brazil's 2-1 quarterfinal win over Colombia, picking up his second yellow card of the tournament and incurring an automatic suspension for the next match.
(THEY know without at least silva they have no chance, and if i were a gambler Id put a small fortune on 'fernandinho' getting sent off, imo he should have been sent off at least 5 or 6 times so far this world cup)Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -
But as he plays for Brazil he will get away with it...........not that I'm saying Brazil has got away with loads.(insert roll eyes smiley)

Glad to report that they failed to get his yellow card overturned! Anyway, Viel Glück Deutschland!0 -
Too right, and with that goes BRAZILS chance of winning.
You can even get as much as 4/1 in bookies on Brazil winning tonight!
No neymar, no silva, no chance!
Im going for 4-2 to germany in normal time.
(or should i go for 1-0 to germany)Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -

Expect at least one Brazilian to be sent off if they look likely to lose - historically, they become quite brutal.2014 Losses - Front Door Key, Premier League, Luis Suarez0

The president of the Nigerian Football Federation has offered to personally refund all expenses that fans of the Super Eagles incurred while supporting the team in Brazil.
He just needs them to send him their bank details and pin numbers to complete the transactions.0 -

i would have thought they paid out of the massive wills or 'missing transactions' they always have, you know, the ones with no relatives or benefactors.
Must be billions of dollars

And i think a good bet for tonight is 'FERNANDINHO' to get sent off, surely tonight he will?
The germans are powerful and strong so as has been said could be a brutal match
(that'll do for VP, brutal or goals its all good to me)
So after long thought this afternoon Im going for
2-1 Germany (still cant say 1-0
