new sim connection time?
Upgraded phone today about 9:30 was given new sim for new phone, how long does it take for number to switch from old sim in old phone to new sim in new phone? Ive turned new phone off a few times but old phone still works. I need my phone tomorrow but dont want to have to take both phones with me.

You don;t say what network. I did this yesterday on EE (to a different size of SIM). They told me it could take 24 hours but in fact switch happened in about 3 hours.0

Tesco told me a max. of 24 hours but it actually took from Monday to Thursday, with a couple of days when neither SIM had my number.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

When I did a swap from mini SIM to micro SIM, the new micro SIM was active in the time it took me to walk approx 100 meters from the O2 store.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall

Its O2, looks like im taking 2 phones with me today then as its not changed yet ive got to referee a match then manage my own team for a game only need the phone for a stop watch or to call in an emergancy or if any players cant make it.0

Update, the person yesterday did not change the sims so it would never have worked. if you are with O2 text SWAP to 20220 they ask for new sim number and 30 seconds later its changed over0
