I'm wondering if he should take it down since England aren't progressing any further.

But an interesting thing would be if the shirt changes depending on the location of the visitor coming into the site...that would be cool.

Finally, could we choose/nominate what clothes Martin should wear next?!

The vast majority of users of this site would be located in the UK, and most of them in England. So it wouldn't change very often.
Since you chose to suggest it though, it perhaps implies you are based overseas somewhere. Is that the case?

Yep I'm based in Hong Kong, I thought would be nice if he had HK flag on his clothes - nice little touch which I'm sure you could do with via an IP checker or something.
