    Ah I see. So I'd better be around when they call. The only reason I ask about this week is, we are going away the following week.

  • During that 4 weeks it might be prudent to find a small bodyshop, preferably by recommendation, place that has no carpets, managers, receptionists, courtesy cars or free coffee to pay for, and get a quote for fixing it 'quietly' shall we say.
