Parking Eye - Country Court Claim
So i parked on a free car park back in April, and so far ignored the letters and now have received a country court claim. (please ignore my ignorance i had no idea the law had changed re private tickets)
I have acknowledged the claim online and now i am unsure what to do.
To be honest i would prefer not to attend court. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount to PE for my apparent 'breach of contract'
Is there any way to settle at this stage?
regards

Please go to the correct forum to get some advice
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163 :money:
Then read the sticky at the top. After that, if you want further advice, start a new thread.0 -
Yup - get into the Parking Tickets Forum and read the appropriate stickies - Newbies and LBCC.
Also, only read threads about PE from the last six months as the post-POFA situation is still evolving and older threads are out of date.0
