We have our own accounts where our wages are paid in
Monthly Standing order to the Joint account (Currently equal, but I have paid more in the past when I had significantly higher earnings)
I also have a monthly SO from my account to a savings account (To be honest, I quite often draw it back, but at least it's a conscious decision)
And if we need some more in the joint, we'll both out a bit extra in.0
