thanks guys. got another letter from PE today, that at last has my POPLA code, so will check it, make the adjustments you have mentioned above and get it sent off today. thanks for everyones help x0

Yes if you wish to post the POPLA appeal, you'd need to staple your printed appeal to the form securely (not paper clip) and ensure every page has a header with your name and 10 digit code printed on it in case the papers get dropped on the floor at POPLA.
Or just submit it electronically to POPLA on their website instead. Tick 3 out of 4 appeal boxes and copy your appeal words from NOTEPAD (ideally not word) into the word-count box.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
