Help with sky

Advice please I'm fuming.

Decided I didn't want to go ahead with the package sky had offered for tv, broadband and line rental.

Just got off the phone and they say I cannot stop the TV package as I agreed to it and they've already started it. What happened to the cooling off period? Any advice.

Thanks in advance
