"No signal" problem on Sony Bravia EX430

Experts, I’m facing a problem on my Sony Bravia EX430 TV. It shows “No signal” but sometimes of a day it works fine. I use cable connection (not HDMI or Digital signal box) and don’t use any other devices like, playstation or blueray player with it. Cable operator came to check it but failed to solve. They have said that cable line has “signal strength level 53 whereas older CRT TV works super at strength level 45”!!
l can play 1080p movie from pen drive. And I reset the factory setting for 2/3times but no change of the phase. What else I can do now??
