How do you know what speed your line is runnign at?

I went on a webiste this morning and put in my home phone number and it said our line was running at up to 2.6meg . I then checked this afternoon on Orange website and it said we could get 1.5mb and then I checked on sky and it said up to 1mb. So who is right or are thye all right?

to check your internet speed go to http://www.speedtest.net/ ISP's vary, depending on the condition of your BT phoneline, for a more accurate quote ask BT what BB they can offer you on your existing line. (assuming you have a BT phoneline).:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
